Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Piqua, OH
Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials and operate production machines according to work instructions.
• Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards throughout each shift.
• Meet daily production quotas and accurately record production counts.
• Inspect parts visually to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assemble, package, and label products for shipment.
• Properly stage and secure finished goods using a pallet jack.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance is essential - on time, every day.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using a pallet jack a plus.
