We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position involves measuring and cutting materials, assembling products, operating production equipment, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Apply connection gel, adhesives, and bonding materials
- Match customer orders to the correct product configurations
- Operate equipment including a snapping press, T-shirt press, and zig-zag sewing machine
- Perform flame bonding of felt pads and work with fiberglass materials
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general production, assembly, and housekeeping duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and production equipment
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required
