Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Wapakoneta, OH and Sidney, OH
Hours: All Shifts

Job Summary:

This role supports production by handling materials, packaging, and assisting in various departments. Duties rotate based on the production schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle racking/un-racking on plating and powder coating lines
• Package and label products for shipment, including shrink wrapping
• Perform visual quality checks and record SPC data as required
• Assist with finishing tasks and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Support other production duties as assigned, including occasional Production Coordinator tasks

Training Provided:

• SPC and linear measurement tools
• Basic problem-solving techniques

Tools & Equipment Used:

• Shrink wrap tools, racking lines, hand tools
• Measuring tools like micrometers, dial calipers, and protractors

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to rotate between job duties
• Ability to complete SPC charts

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform visual inspections and repetitive tasks
• Some duties may involve packaging, sorting, or welding support

Work Environment:

• Exposure to dust, oils, chemicals, and variable temperatures
• Noise and minor safety risks (e.g., scrapes, skin irritation)
• Use of proper safety gear and procedures is required
