Job Details
We are hiring 2–3 dependable Production Associates for a short-term, 2-month special project. This role will involve working with a specific machine in a fast-paced environment. While prior machine operation experience is helpful, only a basic understanding is required. This is a labor-intensive position that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with a specific production machine
- Remove molds as part of the production process
- Follow safety and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications / Requirements
- Basic understanding of machine operation (no extensive experience required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
