Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grill/Canopy Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling grills and canopies, performing light welding, and installing wiring components. You'll work under close supervision and rotate through various tasks to support production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble grills, canopies, and sub-assemblies according to specifications
• Perform light welding tasks as needed
• Install wiring and electrical components into units
• Follow verbal instructions and standard operating procedures
• Use hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment
• Conduct product testing and assist with packaging
• Rotate through different assembly stations to meet production goals
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Comfortable with light welding and electrical wiring tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $21.50/hr.
