Operate, monitor, and clean:
- Molding presses
- Dryers
- Grinders
- Thermolators
- Material mixers
- Scales (for weighing product)
- Molds
Additional Duties:
- Take quality measurements and perform visual inspections
- Follow all ISO procedures and work instructions
- Apply job-specific SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques
- Use and clean precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges)
- Follow cold weather procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
