You'll play an important role in making sure products leave the facility safely and up to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes and flag anything that doesn't look right
- Perform routine inspections and checks on materials and finished products
- Keep accurate records, logs, and documentation
- Communicate issues to supervisors and work with the production team to resolve them
- Help maintain sanitation and hygiene standards throughout the facility
- Support internal audits and inspections as needed
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement on the production floor
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational habits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical production setting
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed
- Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.) is a plus - but not required
