Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial materials located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $80,000-$90,000 per year. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position on a rotating day/night schedule working 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (14 days per month).

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial materials located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $80,000-$90,000 per year. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position on a rotating day/night schedule working 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (14 days per month).

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all shift production activities and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
- Lead, coach, and develop production associates and machine operators
- Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials
- Troubleshoot production or material flow issues and escalate equipment concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate effectively with management
- Ensure proper machine setup and support operators with adjustments when necessary
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
- Hands-on experience with extrusion or plastic injection molding (required)
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of safety programs, quality standards, and lean principles
