What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production activities and support associates on the floor
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the shift
- Train associates on processes and procedures
- Set up and tear down production processes as needed
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and company standards
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation of incidents
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with TS and ISO requirements
- Previous leadership experience in production or industrial environments
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to work mandatory weekends and required overtime
