Production Technician
Location: Framingham, MA
Pay Rate: $25/hr

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment (fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, forklifts).
• Record preventative maintenance, quality inspections, downtime, and production output.
• Follow safe work practices and good manufacturing standards.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and support production goals.
• Meet/exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, and downtime.
• Conduct hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials before use.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to maximize output.
• Participate in shift meetings and cross-train in other areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior clean manufacturing or high-speed production experience preferred.
• Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills (face-to-face and radio).
• Computer proficiency; SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
