Pay Rate: Competitive Pay + Bonus Pool ($2.50/hour worked)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM OR 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (Overtime and weekend flexibility may be required.)

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate and feed automated medical-device production equipment, including coating and laser-ablation machinery.
• Run small production batches while maintaining quality standards and fast cycle times.
• Stage, handle, and move materials and components throughout the production process.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions accurately.
• Complete production records and basic computer data entry.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Cross-train on multiple production machines and processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all PPE requirements.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality.
• Previous experience in machine operation, warehouse, fulfillment, packaging, food production, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and wear required PPE.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Dependable, coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
