Responsibilities:
- Sort paint by label, color, and type
- Pour paint into designated totes
- Empty containers fully for disposal
- Stack and organize materials
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Lift/move 30-50 lbs regularly
- Meet daily production goals (team/independent)
- Follow safety procedures and report issues
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform repetitive work
- Stand and move for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse/production experience a plus (not required)
