Key Responsibilities
- Palletize products using overhead lifting techniques
- Keep machines stocked with materials for continuous production
- Clean molds and tools used in production
- Learn machine operation and perform basic maintenance
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Must be able to fully extend arms overhead to stack and organize products
- Ability to work a rotating schedule
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
