Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support housing programs and services
- Supervise and lead a team of 10-15 staff
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Provide leadership, guidance, and program oversight
- Ensure compliance with program and organizational requirements
- Support a positive, professional team environment
Qualifications:
- Prior managerial/supervisory experience required
- Experience in social services strongly preferred
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Certifications such as Peer Support or similar are highly valued
- Mature, dependable, and strong leadership presence
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DHS background check and pre-employment drug screen
