Location: Arizona

Salary Range: $80,000-$170,000 annually, based on experience and PM level
Position Summary
Seeking Project Managers at multiple experience levels to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be organized, accountable, and able to manage project schedules, budgets, clients, subcontractors, and field teams. PM level and compensation will be determined based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Levels
Level 1: APM experience with small projects.
Level 2: Experience managing small projects and coordinating multiple components.
Level 3: Experience with full job buyouts and ground-up projects.
Level 4: Senior Level 3 experience with leadership and mentoring.

Compensation & Benefits
Travel
Local travel between the office, construction sites, and client locations is expected. Travel requirements vary by project. Eligible mileage, lodging, and travel expenses are reimbursed according to company policy.
Physical Requirements
Ability to visit and walk active construction sites, stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and safely navigate construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall execution.
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, costs, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- More senior PMs may manage complex or multiple projects and mentor developing PMs.
Experience Levels
Level 1: APM experience with small projects.
Level 2: Experience managing small projects and coordinating multiple components.
Level 3: Experience with full job buyouts and ground-up projects.

Qualifications
- Construction project management experience required.
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Construction, engineering, business, or related education preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000-$170,000 based on experience and PM level.
- Medical benefits with a company allowance of approximately $450.
- Benefits begin after 90 days.
- PTO and paid holidays.

- $750 monthly vehicle allowance for qualifying PMs.
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.68 per mile for eligible travel.
- Company-paid hotel and $48/day allowance for traveling projects.

- Additional profit-sharing opportunities may be available for eligible APMs and Project Coordinators.
