We're looking for a dependable Cleaner to help keep properties looking their best! You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and grounds after move-outs and on a regular weekly schedule. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clean and prep vacant units after move-outs for new tenants
• Maintain hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas
• Pick up trash and maintain the grounds to keep the property looking nice
• Perform weekly cleaning tasks on a schedule that works for you

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending as needed
