Job Description: In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations as well as recommending subcontractors for serious infrastructural projects. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and heating.
Requirements:
Pay Rate: $18-25/hr DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (some overtime including weekends required)

- 1+ yrs experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, and HVAC diagnosis and repairs.
- 2+ yrs experience working with hand and power tools.
- Ability to turnover properties with little direction.
- Valid drivers license is required.
