What You'll Do
- Install and repair vinyl plank flooring (LVP), laminate, carpet, and tile
- Perform drywall patching, texture matching, finishing, and repairs
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Prepare apartments and rental properties for new residents
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Supervisors: Lead maintenance teams, assign daily work orders, coordinate projects, and ensure quality workmanship
- Technicians: Complete maintenance requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance while supporting the overall success of the team
What You Bring
- Experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation and repair
- Experience with drywall finishing, patching, and texture matching
- Professional painting experience
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Leadership experience is preferred for Supervisor positions
