Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our HOA community. This role involves general groundskeeping, performing minor repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and assisting with a variety of handy tasks around the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and landscaping maintenance.
• Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance on community facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with general handy work, including painting, carpentry, and small construction tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for residents and team members.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from homeowners or management.
• Document completed work and report any major repairs or concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
