Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning & Upkeep: Ensure common areas, hallways, and vacant units are clean and well-maintained.
- Appliance Repairs: Diagnose and repair household appliances for residents.
- Maintenance Tasks: Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
- Unit Turnover & Deep Cleaning: Prepare apartments for new tenants by performing detailed cleaning and basic repairs.
- Resident Support: Respond to maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Prior maintenance, janitorial, or property upkeep experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong cleaning abilities and experience fixing appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).
- Tool Proficiency: Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Customer Service: Professional and respectful when assisting residents.
