Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and multi-unit properties
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed
- Respond to service calls and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain professional communication with tenants and property management
- Document completed repairs and maintain service records
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Own basic hand tools
- Proven experience in property maintenance, HVAC, or appliance repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid customer service and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification or formal HVAC training
- EPA certification
- Experience working in residential, student, or multi-family housing environments
