Property Maintenance Associate –$21/HR DOE Location: Albany, OR Schedule: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire   A local Albany-based property maintenance company is seeking a skilled Building/Property Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep, repair, and occasional remodel of both residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a broad skill set in general maintenance and light construction. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior building features Drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry, and surface restoration Light plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair Flooring and tile repair or installation as needed Service and inspect appliances, HVAC units, and basic mechanical systems Work independently or with a team based on project size and scope Qualifications: Proven experience in property or building maintenance Knowledge of hand and power tools, and construction materials Experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work preferred Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across a variety of trades Driving record compliant with company insurance policy Strong attention to safety and detail Job Highlights: $18.00–$21.00/hour depending on experience Weekly pay Variety of work across multiple locations and property types Long-term opportunity with a respected company Interested in this position?
