Job Description: Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for property management? We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties and ensure a positive experience for tenants.
Pay Rate: $40-50k/yr DOE
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and tenant relations.
• Schedule and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Enforce property rules, regulations, and lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, financial transactions, and property inspections.
• Collaborate with property owners to ensure their investment goals are met.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain professionalism
• Valid Driver's License
