Job Title: Quality Technician / Assistant
Location: East Valley, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (OT available)
Compensation: Starting at $18/hr+, DOE

Position Summary:
A company for PCB manufacturing in the East Valley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician / Assistant to join their Quality Department. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in quality assurance, even if you're just getting started-we'll train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Assist with document control: maintain and update QMS documents as needed
• Track and maintain calibration records; coordinate external calibrations
• Help document and investigate nonconformances and corrective actions
• Assist in collecting and analyzing quality data for KPIs
• Participate in internal continuous improvement and training programs
• Support compliance efforts with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Collaborate across departments to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency required - especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Understanding of nonconformance reporting and corrective action processes
• Experience or interest in ISO 9001 / AS9100 systems (training provided)
• Familiarity with J-STD-001 or IPC standards a plus (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics is a plus
