Quality and Production Technician

Salary: $20 - $32/hr+

We are seeking motivated individuals with a quality-first mindset to join a highly automated, large-scale production facility. Technical skills can be taught - what matters most is your ability to learn quickly, focus on quality, and work well within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Support production runs and line operations in an automated facility
• Perform quality testing on products to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist with batch preparation, process optimization, and equipment troubleshooting
• Safely move materials throughout the facility (forklift training available if needed)
• Step in wherever needed - from line support to lab testing - with no task being 'too small'

Qualifications

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable taking initiative and jumping in to support the team wherever needed.
• Chemical lab experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required - we value skills, initiative, and mindset above formal education.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to complete tasks.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, agriculture, or chemical industry experience helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
