Job Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician
- Previous food grade manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools(scales, calipers)
- Able to complete mandatory food safety and general safety training
- Background in food science, culinary, or related field
Job Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Technician
- Inspect incoming ingredients for quality, consistency and usability in production
- Observe batching and confirm correct ingredient usage and lot traceability
- Perform routine checks during production runs
- Record quality observations
- Support Shelf-life studies and long-term performance tracking
