Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all food products are processed in compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role involves conducting routine audits, inspections, and tests to verify that the production processes, sanitation procedures, and final products meet established specifications.
Job Duties:
Ø Conduct regular audits of production areas to monitor compliance with HACCP, SSOP, and GMP standards.
Ø Perform in-line and finished product inspections to verify quality attributes such as temperature, weight, appearance, and labeling accuracy.
Ø Document audit findings and communicate issues to production and QA leadership promptly.
Ø Collaborate with USDA inspectors and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
Qualifications:
Ø High school diploma or GED preferred
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Ø Previous Quality Control experience.
Requirements:
Ø Must be willing to work 5A to finish
Ø Must be able to work in extreme cold and hot conditions.
