Quality Control Associate
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

We're currently seeking a Quality Control Associate for a local seed production company. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality through careful evaluation, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating X-ray results in a small lab environment
• Verifying quality at various stages of seed production
• Documenting and communicating findings accurately

Physical Requirements & Skills:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Bending, twisting, reaching, squatting as needed
• Occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling, or tilting up to 30 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to see and assess small seed details, with or without a microscope
