Location: Spring Valley, IL
Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday (anywhere from a 5am-7am start time)

Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a machine shop in Spring Valley, IL looking to add an Entry-Level Quality Control Associate to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within manufacturing and quality control. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Check materials for defects or inconsistencies
• Perform basic measurements and counting
• Complete simple inspection paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors or production staff
• Follow company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/machine shop environment
• Previous manufacturing or quality experience is a plus, but not required
