2nd Shift QC | Dekalb IL | $16.00/ hour 3:15p - 12:45a M-F

Position Overview:

As a 2nd Shift Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our plastic products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our level of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual and Dimensional Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken. Maintain clear and organized records for traceability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained in good working condition.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Will train
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 12:45 AM
• Compensation: $16.00/ hour
