Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inspections, audits, and non-conformance investigations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and production data
- Support troubleshooting efforts related to manufacturing and process issues
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Assist with process documentation including SOPs and work instructions
- Support process validation studies and production trial runs
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain compliance with internal and customer standards
- Assist with additional technical and operational projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
- Preferably second-year standing or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
- Prior internship, lab, or manufacturing experience is a plus
