Quality Control Inspector

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

With a strong commitment to precision, innovation, and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join their growing team.

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards through detailed inspections, accurate measurements, and adherence to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision measuring instruments, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining quality documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of bolts, fasteners, and related products throughout various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality control documentation.
• Identify non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective action procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Control Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience inspecting machined parts, bolts, fasteners, or similar manufactured products preferred.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality concerns effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.
