The target of position is the responsibility for instructing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Assurance procedures throughout the quality system. The quality control inspector is a member of the quality department and reports to the Quality Manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- MUST KNOW HOW TO USE MEASURING TOOLS SUCH AS MICROMETERS, CALIPERS, AND GAUGES.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Two years' experience in the quality field/ manufacturing
- Experience with metal fabrication
- Ability to effectively read and interpret engineering drawings
- Accurate use of metrology instruments
- Perform tasks with limited or no supervision
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail always and completes tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspection processes

- Works with instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, BOM and other specifications.
- Performs first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspection and maintains all related documentation as per ISO/IATF
- Helps train new employees in proper assembly techniques and methods.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software
- Perform data entry and information retrieval using Microsoft Office and other software.
- Support other Quality Department functions as needed
