Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues
• Complete inspection reports, maintain accurate records, and follow company documentation procedures
• Support root cause investigations and assist with corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment performing quality inspections
• Familiarity with basic measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
