We're hiring for a Quality Lead position with a growing food production company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality assurance, food manufacturing, or production leadership experience who enjoys maintaining high standards and helping teams succeed. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about food safety and product quality, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily quality inspections and verification processes
• Monitor production to ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
• Train and support team members on quality procedures and best practices
• Document quality checks and maintain accurate records
• Investigate quality concerns and help implement corrective actions
• Work closely with production teams to maintain compliance and efficiency

What you need:

• Previous quality control, quality assurance, or food production experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Days/hours: Day Shift, Full-Time
