Key Responsibilities
- Perform in‑process, first‑article, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
- Verify product conformance to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Assist with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for non‑conforming product
- Support production teams with quality‑related questions and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing quality control
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Solid understanding of quality standards, tolerances, and inspection processes
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
