Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Safely retrieve and store pallets in high racking systems.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining product integrity.
- Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable reach truck experience (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to work at heights and operate equipment in narrow aisles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods.
- Reliable work history with solid attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
