Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating domestic and/or international cargo shipments
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams
- Prepare and review shipping documents and basic operational reports
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status
- Support daily office and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation, or related field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the cargo/logistics industry
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
