Receptionist | 8:00AM - 5:00PM | Monday - Friday | $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Tax seasonal: January - April

An accounting firm in Decatur is looking for a receptionist for the busy tax season. The workdays are Monday thru Friday (Saturday mornings typical until at least April 15th).

Qualifications

• Professional, personable and positive attitude
• Solid customer service skills with good phone etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Able to confidentially handle sensitive and personal information
• Able to work quickly and prioritize
• Must be versatile and able to multi-task
• Previous cash handling experience would be a plus
• Ability to pass a credit check
• Data entry and typing capability along with basic MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone inquiries
• Assist walk-in clients dropping off or picking up materials
• Organizing client information packets
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Filing
• Data entry
