Overview:
We are seeking a driven Recruiting & Sales Specialist to join our team. This position combines recruiting, sales, and community outreach to connect top talent with the right opportunities while growing strong client relationships. You'll recruit and engage candidates, support them through the hiring process, and partner with local businesses to meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Engagement

• Manage online applications and candidate flow from initial contact through onboarding.
• Conduct the first stages of the interview process, including screenings and facilitated interviews.
• Assist candidates with onboarding documents, background checks, drug screens, and ExpressJobs app setup.
• Manage the First Day Success Program and Candidate Engagement/Appreciation initiatives.
• Source talent through community recruiting, job fairs, resume mining, renewal calls, and email campaigns.
• Present candidates to clients to create hiring opportunities.

Sales & Client Development

• Partner with businesses to understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers, presenting available talent and generating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align recruiting strategies with client growth goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community, promoting services and expanding market presence.

Marketing & Outreach

• Manage job postings, company website updates, and social media recruiting content.
• Develop and execute creative recruiting and sales campaigns.
• Expand recruiting reach through community sources and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with sales activities, including client outreach and talent marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
