Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Lift and handle scrap webbing rolls weighing approximately 20-50 lbs.
- Remove scrap webbing rolls from gondolas and load materials onto a conveyor or into a regrinder.
- Operate a baler safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, at all times.
- Assist with other general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to learn forklift operation if needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
