Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap as needed
- Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Work Environment
- Residential properties and common living areas
- Indoor work with occasional light outdoor tasks
