Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Collaborate with contractors, homeowners, and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Pull Romex through wood studs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid electrician license in the state of Illinois (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
