Responsibilities
- Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process
- Conduct tours of available homes and community amenities
- Educate clients on floor plans, features, and available inventory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in open houses, events, and lead generation efforts
- Stay informed on local market trends and available properties
- Assist with contracts, paperwork, and transaction coordination
- Follow established sales processes and systems
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Broker's License preferred OR willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and sales-minded
- Comfortable working weekends as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Passion for real estate, hospitality, or community-focused environments
