What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook quality meals with consistency
- Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Handle busy lunch and dinner rushes with confidence
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work independently while supporting the rest of the team
- Help with food prep, inventory, and maintaining a clean kitchen
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant cooking experience required
- Ability to confidently run a kitchen during busy shifts
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Nights and weekend availability preferred
