Retail Associate
Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Associate to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This position involves customer service, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with general retail and warehouse duties.
Bilingual English/Chinese Required
Location: Natick, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
- Collect and return shopping carts
- Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties
- Support various departments as needed
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, grocery, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push carts and perform general stocking duties
