Pay: $50 per hour | Project-Based Assignments

We are seeking retired experienced and dependable Skilled Trades Professionals for upcoming project-based opportunities. Candidates must be highly skilled in their trade, professional in conduct, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Open Positions

🔨 Carpenters

• Experienced in all facets of interior carpentry
• Perform maintenance and repair work
• Skilled in framing, trim, installation, and finish carpentry

⚡ Electricians

• Experienced in all aspects of electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Knowledge of installations, repairs, upgrades, and code compliance

🚿 Plumbers

• Skilled in all facets of plumbing
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently

🎨 Painters

• Experienced in all aspects of painting (interior and exterior)
• Drywall taping and finishing experience required
• Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and finishing

Requirements (All Positions)

• Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Must have all hand tools and associated power tools required for the trade
• Strong soft skills and work ethic
• Ability to collaborate and work well with other tradespeople

Compensation

• $50 per hour
• Project-based assignments
