Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday, 2PM-10:30PM
Job Details
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, driving between locations, and interacting with the public while helping maintain safe and properly managed parking facilities.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned parking lots and garages
- Verify parking permits, validations, and compliance with parking regulations
- Issue parking citations using company-provided handheld equipment
- Communicate with customers and address parking-related concerns professionally
- Ask unauthorized individuals to leave private property when necessary
- Perform light maintenance duties, including trash pickup and reporting property issues
- Refill kiosk printer paper as needed
- Assist with graffiti removal and other basic site upkeep
- Report safety concerns, maintenance needs, and operational issues to management
Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between parking locations
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to professionally interact with the public and enforce parking policies
- Comfortable approaching individuals who may be loitering on private property
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- This position requires successful completion of a background screening after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with Washington State law
