Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead safety meetings and provide training to field employees
- Maintain safety documentation and incident reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all projects
Qualifications
- Construction experience is required to manage industry-specific safety risks
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus to support a diverse workforce
