Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers
- Sell and promote instrumentation and automation solutions
- Focus on temperature-related products and specialized product lines
- Establish key customer contacts and build strategic relationships
- Understand customer technology requirements and identify solutions
- Identify opportunities for expanding current product offerings and customer markets
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships
- Stay knowledgeable about products, technology, and industry applications
- Communicate customer needs and market opportunities to internal teams
Experience & Qualifications
- Electrical or automation engineering background preferred
- Experienced automation technician may be considered
- Sales experience and product knowledge related to instrumentation preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and ERP systems
- Understanding of temperature-related applications
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for technology and a forward-thinking approach to sales
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Must be based in Oregon or Washington
